The National School of the Merchant Marine “Almirante Miguel Grau”, is a center for higher education with 51 years of history, part of the Defense sector, and recognized by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) as one of the centers of maritime training and most important of the region.

Currently, it has the international certification ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and the Bachelor of the Country Brand in Peru, which guarantee the service quality and international reputation.

Los postulantes que ingresen y opten por este programa podrán elegir entre dos especialidades profesionales: Puente y Máquinas. Formación Náutica Integral en condición de internado, que al término de su formación académica efectuará prácticas preprofesionales, embarcándose en diferentes tipos de naves mercantes, gracias a los convenios que contamos con empresas nacionales e internacionales, para así cumplir con las competencias establecidas con el Convenio STCW.

Is trained to operate the means of water transport, in compliance with the planning, organization, execution, direction, navigation, maneuvering, loading, safety and preservation of the marine environment.

Area of work:

Se desempeñará en todo tipo de buques mercantes (petroleros, cargueros, cruceros, etc.) y como ejecutivos en empresas del sector marítimo nacional e internacional.

It is ready to perform efficient competitively in the operation and maintenance of the plant for propulsion and auxiliary, as well as all the machinery and equipment of the ship.

Area of work:

It will play in all types of merchant vessels and fishing, superintendent of power plants, repair, maintenance in shipyards and maritime shipping, as well as other areas depending on their specialty.

To enter the National School of Marina Mercante “Almirante Miguel Grau”, is required to approve the requirements of the Admission application and occupy a place in the box of Merit End, according to the number of vacancies declared.

Requirements

01 simple copy of the ID card.
Have completed satisfactorily studies of secondary education in the country.
Not more than 20 years, 11 months and 30 days prior to the day of the admission test.
Health and fitness compatible with the requirements of the races.
You have cancelled the payment for the right of exams to the account of the ENAMM on the Bank of the Nation.
Not have been discharged for disciplinary action of the ENAMM or schools of the armed Forces or National Police.
Certificate does not have criminal records or criminal.
Be single and not have children.
