Complaints book

The supplier shall respond to the complaint in a period not exceeding thirty (30) calendar days, and may extend the term for up to thirty (30) days prior notice to the user. The answer to your claim or complaint will be sent to the mail specified in this form. In addition to a copy of your complaint will be sent to your email, which you can print.

CLAIM: Unconformity-related products or services.

COMPLAINT: a Disagreement that is not related to products or services, or discomfort or dissatisfaction regarding the service to the public.
